After a successful career in real estate sales; an opportunity presented itself to join long time broker, mentor and friend, Lawnae Hunter as an executive assistant. This career move enabled Tona to work in a dynamic sales environment with one of the most influential and entrepreneurial women on the Central Coast of California. Working side by side with Lawnae, the arts of contract negotiation, client/broker mediation and neutralizing potentially tense situations have been mastered. Tona’s innate sensitivity, open style of communication and genuine love of people have earned her a reputation as someone people truly trust and want to work with, again and again.

Tona oversees the administrative management of the 6 PLUS Property Management offices owned by Lawnae Hunter in California and Central Oregon, as well as the day to day management of Hunter Properties, LLC. in Bend. Tona works closely with the brokers at Hunter Properties; monitoring transactions, while coaching newer agents through the listing and sales process. She is well versed in economic trends affecting the current real estate climate, as well as knowledgeable in all facets of real estate transactions; Tona is able to competently represent both buyers and sellers; from the listing, marketing and contract negotiating process, and throughout the entire sale, escrow and closing.
